Cancellation & No-Show Policy

48-hour cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours (2 days) before arrival.

Late cancellations / no-show: If you cancel within 48 hours of your stay or fail to show up, the full cost of your booking will be charged.

We recommend booking early and confirming your plans to avoid unexpected charges.

Check-in: 2 PM – 11 PM

Check-out: 8 AM – 12 PM

Early check-out: If you need to leave before 8 AM, notify reception the day or night before to retrieve your passport/deposit smoothly.

Reception hours: 8 AM – 11 PM

K-Bunk is a social hostel for guests aged 18–39 years.

Guests over the age limit unfortunately cannot stay at our property, and no refunds are provided in these cases.

All guests must provide a passport or a cash deposit of 200 THB during their stay.

The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided no damage occurs.

No smoking, alcohol, or sexual activity inside dorm rooms.

Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM. Please respect fellow guests.

Ear plugs: Available free at reception.

Guests are responsible for any damage or stains in the rooms.

Stained bed sheets or damaged bed frames will result in a fine of ฿1,500.

Please treat fellow guests with respect and follow all hostel safety instructions.

Please be respectful of the local culture and act accordingly in each location.

Keep personal belongings secure; K-Bunk provides lockers for your convenience.

Leaving before 8 AM? Check out the night before (before 10 PM) to ensure your passport/deposit is returned.
